Through discussion and games, we’ll share tips and ideas inspired by the waste hierarchy, to show how considered, thoughtful catering isn’t about being a scrooge – it’s about catering with care, not excess. Special occasions are about thought, not how much we spend or pile on the table. Discover how to make smaller servings feel special, use up ingredients and encourage guests to bring containers for leftovers, and how to compost what can’t be eaten. You’ll leave with practical ideas to help you celebrate more, stress less and waste less – because a great host doesn’t need to feed everyone until they burst!
