Participants must sign up as Craig Family Centre members to access free programs. Priced at $15 p/year for your family. Membership ends 31/12/2026. Concession rates apply. Women's Wellbeing Circle A Space to Nurture Yourself, Connect with Others & Prioritise Your Wellbeing Life can be busy, demanding, and often centred around caring for others. These welcoming and supportive sessions provide women with an opportunity to pause, reflect, and invest in their own wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment. Having been successfully delivered with multicultural women's groups, this program embraces a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, recognising the importance of caring for the mind, body, emotions, and social connections. Facilitated by an experienced social worker and passionate community advocate, participants are guided through meaningful discussions, practical wellbeing strategies, and opportunities for personal reflection and connection. Children are welcome to attend, making these sessions accessible for mothers and carers who may otherwise find it difficult to prioritise their own wellbeing. Topics May Include • Self-care and wellbeing practices • Building confidence and self-worth • Managing stress and life's challenges • Developing healthy routines and habits • Social connection and reducing isolation • Emotional wellbeing and resilience • Mindfulness and self-reflection • Balancing caring for others while caring for yourself What to Expect • A warm, welcoming, and culturally safe environment • Opportunities to connect with other women • Guided discussions and group activities • Practical tools to support everyday wellbeing • Time for reflection, learning, and personal growth • A supportive community that values each participant's experiences and strengths Who Is This For? Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. The program is particularly suited to women seeking connection, support, personal growth, and a dedicated space to focus on their own wellbeing. No previous experience is required. Simply come as you are and enjoy time dedicated to your own health, wellbeing, and personal development. These sessions offer more than information—they provide a moment of respite, a sense of belonging, and an opportunity to reconnect with yourself while building meaningful connections with others in the community.
