Designed for mid-to-senior women leaders, the program supports those looking to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. Through practical strategies and peer learning, participants will build confidence and presence, learn to influence effectively, and explore workplace challenges with a gender lens. Program Format Delivered over 3 consecutive days in Melbourne’s CBD, with an optional 2-night stay for participants seeking a more immersive experience.
