Yin Yoga & Sound

Give yourself space to slow down and step away from the demands of everyday life. This restful experience brings together gentle Yin yoga and an immersive sound bath, inviting you to turn inward and enjoy time for yourself. You’ll be guided through a series of floor based poses, held for longer periods with the support of props. There’s no need to push or achieve a particular shape. Instead, you’re encouraged to find a comfortable stretch, notice your breath and move at your own pace. The sounds of singing bowls and gongs accompany the experience, creating a calming atmosphere as you settle into stillness. We’ll finish with time to rest comfortably and simply listen, with nothing more you need to do. Whether you’re new to Yin yoga and sound baths or already enjoy these practices, you’re warmly welcome. Come in comfortable clothing and bring an extra layer to stay cosy during relaxation. What's provided: • Mattress • Blanket • Bolsters • Eye Pillow • Herbal Tea
