Elevate: Leading with Trust and Transparency

Leading with Trust and Transparency Strong teams are built on more than strategy, capability and performance targets. They are built on trust. This November, peoplefusion's Elevate series brings together leaders and people managers from across the Hunter for a morning of connection, conversation and practical leadership insight. Our keynote speaker, Tim Rayan will explore what it really means to lead with trust and transparency, and the impact this can have on the way people communicate, contribute and perform. Leadership that people can trust For leaders, building trust is not about having all the answers or sharing every detail. It is about creating an environment where people understand where they stand, feel confident to speak openly and know that what is said will be backed by what is done. Tim's keynote will explore how trust and transparency show up in everyday leadership, from the way we communicate change and navigate difficult conversations to how we create accountability, strengthen relationships and bring out the best in our people. For business leaders and people managers, it is an opportunity to reflect on questions that matter: • How do we create teams where people feel safe to speak honestly? • How do we build credibility when decisions are difficult or circumstances are changing? • How do we balance transparency with the responsibility that comes with leadership? • And what does trust look like when it is genuinely embedded in the way a team works? Attendees will leave with practical ideas and a fresh perspective on how their own leadership behaviours can influence culture, connection and performance. A morning to connect and think differently Elevate is designed to bring our local business community together around conversations that make a difference. Over a sit-down breakfast at Pier 97, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow leaders and people professionals, step away from the day-to-day and consider how you can continue building stronger, more connected and higher-performing teams. Supporting Hunter Melanoma Foundation This Elevate event will also proudly support the Hunter Melanoma Foundation. Giving back to our community has always been an important part of Elevate, and proceeds from this event will be donated to the Hunter Melanoma Foundation to support the important work they do within our community. By joining us for the morning, you will not only be investing in your own leadership and your people, but helping us contribute to a cause that makes a meaningful difference locally. | The Elevate Series by peoplefusion |
