Emotional Regulation & Co-Regulation Workshop

This workshop focuses on the mechanics of Emotional Regulation and Co-Regulation, providing actionable tools to de-escalate overwhelm and foster healthier communication and attachments. It is specifically designed for those on the front lines of care, such as parents, carers, nurses, teachers and support workers. Whether you are a professional or an individual carer, you’ll learn to manage your own emotional capacity while effectively meeting the complex needs of vulnerable community members. This workshop duration runs every Thursday over 4 consecutive weeks - from 6pm-8pm. You will learn a new component every week! Every ticket receives a beautiful full colour bound booklet with all the info and resources!
