Join us in person for an epic blend of movement, connection, and play that'll spark your vibe! MeetNC x TMC Event: Movement. Connection. Play. A chance to do something a little different that involves a 90-minute movement and connection workshop designed to give you and others a fun, low-pressure way to meet. You are going to be encouraged to try something new, laugh, interact with others and step outside your comfort zone in a supportive environment. The focus of the event is connection rather than fitness. Come as you are and let’s move, connect, and play together!
