Your greatest asset is your people. Asset Schools are a series of interactive training courses designed to support them to reach their best. PLANNERS' SCHOOL LEVEL 2 The course builds on Planners’ 1 and explores why and how we plan and how work delivery can be optimised with existing teams, systems, and approach to work management. It explains the quality expectations of planning and scheduling which supports the field teams to help them deliver a great job. This includes consistency, tracking performance and ensuring people understand the expectations of their role. Some important things you need to know and frequently asked questions: What does my registration include? • Entry to 2-day workshop • All lunches, refreshments, morning and afternoon teas • Networking drinks on conclusion of Day 1 • Full course material • Earn CPD points • Post-workshop access to the community - at any time during the year we will introduce you to organisations and/or people in the Reliability community that you'd like to connect with What fees am I being charged? If you select to "Pay by invoice" your registration will incur a $2.00 booking fee (the fees displayed for each registration type will adjust once your payment option is selected). If you pay by credit card your registration will incur a 2% processing fee + a $2.00 booking fee. When will I receive my Invoice / Paid Tax Invoice? MSTREAM Community operates independently of Eventbrite. It generally takes around 2-3 working days for an invoice/paid tax invoice to be generated following registration on Eventbrite. My credit card won't process in Eventbrite, can I still pay using my card? Yes! Please select Pay by Invoice during the registration process, then call our office on +61 2 9955 7400 and we can process your card payment over the phone. Can I pay by another method? Yes. If your company would rather issue a purchase order instead of using a credit card just click on 'Register' above, and during the registration process you will be able to select Pay by Invoice. Please be aware that all invoices need to be settled before attending the conference. Can I update my registration information? Yes, just call or email. Is my registration transferable? Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just call or email. Can I cancel my registration? Cancellation by You: If: a) you have registered to attend the event; and b) you have received from us a corresponding invoice for that event; and c) you later choose to cancel your attendance at the event, you will still be liable to us for the full amount of the fees set out in the relevant invoice. In circumstances where you have already paid the full amount of the invoice at the time of your cancellation, no refund will be given. Cancellation credits: For cancellations made in writing prior to and up to the day of the Event the Fee may be converted to credits. Cancellations occurring more than 14 days prior to the Event date will receive credits equal to the Fee less 15% of Fee to cover administration costs. Cancellations occurring less than 14 days, inclusive of the Event date, from the Event date will receive credits equal to the Fee less 25% of Fee to cover administration costs. Credit notes are not transferrable to any other event except the event for which this credit note has been issued and will expire one year from the date of issue. Postponement of the Event: a) If for any reason we decide to postpone the event, then we will: i) commit to rescheduling the same event within 9 calendar months; and ii) notify you by email of the rescheduled event date as soon as practicable (but noting that this notification must be provided to you at least 12 weeks in advance of the date of the rescheduled event) iii) In the unlikely scenario that we fail to reschedule the event within 9 calendar months, we will provide you with a full refund of the fees paid towards the original event. Cancellation by Us: It may be the case that due to certain unforeseen circumstances we need to cancel the event completely. In circumstances where we are obliged to cancel the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees. Please note that MSTREAM Community Pty Ltd reserves the right of admission.
