Sacred Creation: Clearing | Transforming | Becoming

Release creative blocks and reconnect with confidence and self-expression through art, scent, energy work and guided awareness. Sacred Creation is a 3.5-hour immersive workshop designed to help you discover and transform the energetic blocks that limit creativity, confidence, and self-expression. This experience blends intuitive aromatherapy, expressive artmaking, energy work, guided awareness, and gentle self-reiki practices to support release, insight, and renewed creative flow. You’ll be guided through a structured yet spacious process that invites you to explore what’s calling for your attention and express it in a way that feels safe, supported, and personal. No art experience is needed. This workshop is not about making “perfect” art, it’s about expression, curiosity, and allowing what’s beneath the surface to move and shift. All processes are guided and optional, and you are always encouraged to work at your own pace and comfort level. The session includes intuitive scent selection, a short guided mandala practice, an extended mixed-media artmaking process, reflective integration, and a simple self-reiki practice to support grounding and completion. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what has been holding you back, a sense of creative clarity, and tangible reminders of the work you’ve done. This workshop is suitable for anyone feeling creatively blocked, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from their natural flow, as well as those simply seeking a nourishing, reflective creative experience.
