Come & join us for a relaxing Sound Bath to feel renewed and rejuvenated at the Fern Bay Community Hall in Fern Bay (Newcastle). Please arrive by 6:45pm for a prompt 7pm start. The Sound Bath will go for an hour & afterwards you are invited to enjoy a cacao or herbal tea with us at the Hall. What to bring? • Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on). If you prefer to sit chairs will be available. • A Warm Blanket or 2 • Pillow • Water bottle • Optional- Eye pillow • Optional. Bolster for under backs of knees What is a sound bath? The Sound Bath is a time to relax and enjoy the sounds from vibrational instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, monolina, drums, voice and other percussion instruments.
