5Rhythms® Emerging Waves - PERTH

Emerging Waves™ A 5Rhythms® class offered by Mick Englert, Teacher in Training. Mentored by Ron Hagendoorn and Mirjam Van Hasselt. In this Rhythm class, you are invited to move through the Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts, and giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the trainee, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms" is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a non-verbal movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor, opening space for personal insight and embodied presence. This practice welcomes everybody, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the Rhythms are danced, a community forms, one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another's freedom and authenticity.
