AI Audit in 90 Minutes

Map your top business tasks, identify practical AI opportunities, see relevant tools in action, and build a focused 30-day AI sprint plan. You know AI could help your business, but where should you start? The challenge is not finding another AI tool. It is identifying which tasks are worth improving, which should stay human-led, and where AI could make the biggest difference. In this 90-minute session, you will map your recurring tasks, assess practical AI opportunities, and leave with clear next steps. Who this is for • Small and medium business owners • Sole traders and operators • Managers and team leaders • Professionals looking to improve business efficiency • Anyone exploring AI but unsure where to begin No technical or prior AI experience is required. What we will do together • Map your recurring tasks: Identify the activities taking up the most time in your business. • Assess your opportunities: Use the WA AI Hub AI Readiness Matrix to score tasks based on repetition and risk. • Identify quick wins: Separate tasks that may benefit from AI from those that are better kept human-led. • Match tools to tasks: See live examples of AI tools applied to common SME challenges. • Prioritise your next steps: Select your top three opportunities and define what success could look like. • Build a 30-Day AI Sprint Plan: Turn your findings into a practical plan with priorities, tools, and success measures. What you will take home • A personalised AI Opportunity Map covering your top 10 recurring tasks • Your top 3 AI quick-win opportunities • A practical 30-Day AI Sprint Plan • Tool recommendations matched to specific tasks • Clear success measures for your first AI experiments Good to know Please bring your laptop or tablet and a list of your 10 most time-consuming recurring business tasks. A preparation template will be provided before the session. No sensitive or confidential business information is required.
