AI Leadership Sprint

Part of WA AI HUB Leadership Forum and Sprint 2026, a West Tech Fest event. AI is now writing reports, drafting decisions, and making recommendations inside organisations every day. The hard part is not using the tools. It is knowing when to trust AI's output and when to push back. The AI Leadership Sprint is a hands-on, two-hour boardroom simulation. You will not sit and listen to slides. You will work through a realistic scenario with your peers to learn how to spot when AI is confidently wrong, ask the right questions of any output, and set clear rules for how your team relies on it. What you will take home: • Five-Step Method → A simple process to check and challenge AI outputs. • One-Page Guide → Outlines who signs off on decisions. • Escalation Rules → Defines when a decision must be escalated. • Team Boundaries → Clear limits your team will not cross. Who this training is for: • Founders → Build smarter products and scale responsibly with AI. • Business Owners → Streamline operations and unlock growth. • Executives → Shape governance, accountability, and strategic adoption. • Government Leaders → Drive policy, compliance, and public-sector innovation ======================================== Refund and Cancellation Policy Cancellation Windows • 14+ days before: Full transfer to another session or course credit (less platform fees).
