As the day begins to soften at The Art Sanctuary, enjoy your practice as the sun sets over the surrounding bushland. These classes follow the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, moving through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a gentle closing sequence. Together, the practice creates a steady, meditative rhythm that invites you to move, breathe and reconnect. The practice offers a little challenge for those who enjoy going deeper and building a regular rhythm, while remaining accessible and supportive. Modifications are offered throughout, so whether you’re new to Ashtanga or returning to refine an established practice, you’ll be encouraged to honour your body and meet yourself exactly where you are.
