Celebration day for girls - menstruation and puberty workshop

Join our fun online workshop celebrating girls' puberty and menstruation—learn, share, and empower yourself! Are you worried that your daughter may not be ready for puberty and periods? Give her a confident start with positive period preparation with Helena from Lunabloom. I'm so pleased to be offering Celebration Day for Girls (CDG) in Perth and my local community since 2020. This beautiful program supports girls (aged 10–14) and their mothers or caregivers in navigating the changes that come with puberty, menarche (first period), and growing into womanhood – with openness, confidence, and celebration. We talk about how our bodies work, what’s normal, how to manage periods – and most importantly, how to embrace these changes without fear or shame. When girls feel safe and informed, they ask questions, share stories, and leave feeling empowered and excited about what lies ahead. For mothers, it's a chance to gently open up important conversations and support your daughter in a way you may have wished for yourself. Knowledge really is power – and the earlier the conversation begins, the more open and connected it can be. Please visit my website for more details about the day and what to expect. ❤️ www.lunabloom.com.au
