Something beautiful is beginning… Introducing Breathe, Move, Be — the first of many thoughtfully curated experiences designed to nurture connection, presence and wellbeing. For one evening only, we're bringing this special experience to the beautiful Perth City Farm, inviting you to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a little space that's just for you. Join Fliss from Move 'n' Meditate and Catherine from The Breath and Being Collective for a grounding and restorative evening weaving together guided 9d breathwork, gentle movement, sound healing and meditation. Together, we'll explore how breath, movement and stillness can help us release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with ourselves. An opportunity to slow down, soften and simply be. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to get right and no previous experience needed. Just a welcoming space to unwind, reconnect with your body and move at your own pace. Whether you're seeking a moment of calm, a deeper sense of connection or simply some time to pause and exhale, this evening has been created with you in mind.
