Cacao Ceremony with Breathwork + Meditation

This is a mid-week reset that gives you space to slow down the nervous system, come out of the head and into the heart. ✨ Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart opening plant medicine. It is said to bring you to a state of grounded euphoria. The spirit of cacao, Mama Cacao, brings us a gentle, compassionate feminine energy which is nurturing and supportive when doing inner work in ceremony 🤎 The ceremony will take place in our healing studio in South Lake, address will be shared prior to the event. The ceremony is designed to take you away from the busyness of the world, out of the head and into the heart space. ❤️ The ceremony will consist of connecting to intention and cacao, breathwork and guided meditation. the theme is all about forgiveness. It's the idea of setting yourself free from whatever no longer serves you, and whether you need to forgive someone else or forgive yourself, it's ultimately about setting yourself free ✨ 🧘🏼‍♀️ Ceremonial grade Cacao will be provided. 🤎🍫 Try to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before ceremony. Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before consuming cacao.
