Gallery Restore @ JCG: Yin Yoga

Gallery Restore is a new wellbeing initiative at John Curtin Gallery, welcoming you to pause, restore and connect. Join Gallery Education Coordinator, Mel Macauley, for gentle yin yoga in the surrounds of JCG’s current exhibitions. Whether you’re looking to unwind, move, breathe or simply connect in a welcoming environment, Gallery Restore is your time out for you. Participants are invited to arrive a little earlier to explore the exhibitions before the session begins. Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion, and blanket. Event Details One Wednesday per month on the following dates: 23 September, 21 October, 25 November 4:30pm – 5:30pm These sessions are donation-based (on the day via card or cash).
