Create with Sound

A fun afternoon to get creative together and then relax into soothing sounds. This is a small group creative session and sound journey for women held in my cosy home studio in Duncraig. Take a midday break to get into your feminine flow with either painting, mosaics or mandala drawing and then soften into deep relaxation with a sound journey. This is a casual creative session to create however you like, the point is fun, relaxation and just being in your own flow. The frequencies played during the sound bath allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax. I will create with you a little and also play some bowls while you create. Then lay back for a full 30 min sound journey to finish. Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety, to find a deeper connection to yourself and allow for a more embodied peace. Create with Sound may become a monthly offering if recieved well. I also hold other special events, private group sessions and 1:1 options. Love to have you along. Ali x
