This is not about perfect poses or pushing yourself — it’s about creating space to soften, unwind, and feel good in your body. Together, we’ll move through a grounding and accessible yoga practice designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected before stepping into the rest of your week. Bring your favourite mug, and after class, stay awhile.
