FULL MOON SOUND HEALING - A GATHERING BY THE OCEAN For years, I’ve been bringing people together for Full Moon Sound Healings - and there is still something incredibly special about each gathering. People arrive from different walks of life, carrying different stories, stresses and experiences, but for that hour we come together with one intention: To stop. To breathe. To reconnect. Over the years I’ve seen beautiful friendships form, familiar faces return month after month, and people who arrive on their own leave feeling part of something. This is what I love about sound healing - it’s not only the experience of the sound itself, but the connection and community created when we gather together. On Sunday 27 September, we return to the beautiful Scarboro Surf Club, overlooking the Indian Ocean, for our next Full Moon Sound Healing. Drawing on my many years of experience working with sound and vibration, I’ll take you through an immersive journey with crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, didgeridoos and other beautiful instruments, allowing you the space to deeply rest, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself. And with the Full Moon traditionally being a time for reflection and release, we’ll create space to consider: What am I ready to leave behind? What am I ready to make space for? How do I want to move forward from here? Sunday 27 September Scarboro Surf Club 4.30pm Come on your own. Bring a friend. Bring someone you love.
