Join us for a beautiful Sound Meditation to balance, cleanse, and align your body, mind, and soul. Please join us Monday evening for a beautiful Sound Meditation. We start the journey with gonging and smudging then you are invited into a cosy relaxation lounge to unwind before we begin. Each meditation is unique and beneficial for your overall wellbeing. The sound acts as a for your intentions and the healing frequencies penetrate on a cellular level and bring you into a state of total equilibrium. You will enjoy a cup of herbal tea and an inspirational card ~ Renewed and de-stressed. The meditation is a seated meditation, we have chairs and lovely comfy couches for those who arrive first.
