We structure our sessions so we can accommodate skaters with varying levels of experience. - Do I have to go to both of the sessions? - Nope! They are casual drop-in lessons, so you can come to just one or attend all sessions. - What do I need to bring? - While we have skates and wrist guards available to borrow, you are welcome to bring your own skates and protective gear. We'll get sweaty so bring lots of water! - Wait... Will you hit me? - Don't worry, these are strictly non-contact sessions. No derby hits allowed! Have other questions?
