A gentle yoga practice followed by a relaxed, family-style meal, finishing with a sweet treat Join Chloe for an evening of replenishment and connection - with your mind, body, breath, new and old friends. Chloe will guide you through a 90-minute gentle yoga practice, weaving together breath, movement and mindful pauses to rest and restore. Gather around the table to share a fabulous dinner and meaningful conversation before you float home to bed. The actual cost of the evening is the ‘Standard’ rate. If you choose the ‘Pay it Forward’ rate, you are supporting fellow community members to attend via the ‘Subsidised’ rate. You are free to choose from the three rates at your own discretion.
