Open Thursdays to Sundays 10:00am - 4:00pm (AWST, UTC+8) Perth Sky Sculpture Park at the Perth Observatory Discover Western Australia's newest outdoor arts and culture destination. Nestled within the beautiful bushland grounds of the Perth Observatory, the Perth Sky Sculpture Park brings together contemporary sculpture, nature, and the cosmos in a uniquely inspiring setting. Wander through a 1.2km looped nature trail past 60 sculptures and heritage astronomy domes. Get outdoors and experience WA’s unique bushland environment alongside arts and culture, wander the trails and enjoy a picnic. Perth Sky Sculpture Park is open year-round Thursday through Sunday from 10am-4pm. Perfect for art lovers, photographers, families, tourists, and anyone looking for a memorable day out. What to Expect • Self-guided walk through a growing collection of 60 outdoor sculptures • Unique artworks set amongst natural bushland and observatory grounds • Stunning Perth Hills scenery and photo opportunities, with local kangaroos, Quenda and other native animals and beautiful jarrah forest. • Access to Perth Observatory museum and other visitor facilities, including picnic area • Opportunities to learn about the relationship between art, nature, and the cosmos • A relaxing and inspiring experience suitable for all ages Important Details • Parking available on site (included in price of ticket) • Ticket includes a self-guided map of sculpture trail, hand-drawn by local artists. Note the inside of the Observatory domes will not be open during sculpture park day-time opening hours. • Comfortable walking shoes recommended • Please bring water, a hat, and sunscreen during warmer months • The sculpture park is an outdoor experience and operates in varying weather conditions • Some paths may be uneven. Visitors should take reasonable care while exploring the grounds • Family friendly and suitable for visitors of all ages • Toilets and picnic facilities available on site • Retail store on site, with a small selection of drinks and ice-creams
