Reiki Relaxation Circle Missy invites you in a cosy, safe space after a busy week to simply arrive as you are, and be open to receiving Reiki for relaxation and restoration to connect deeper to yourself and an opportunity to mingle with like-minded people ✨ 👉🏻Friday 18th September 630pm ** 26th September postponed to 25th October, new event details released soon Intimate space at @oversoul_studio_fremantle for you to unwind, receive and rest! 🤲🏻 Consented hands-on Reiki to deeply relax, soothe emotional tension and cleanse energetic state ✨ ~ Grounding practices, oracle cards, sound instruments, gentle connection circle ~ Chats & cup of tea at the end ☕️ ~ All equipment provided, can bring your own pillow and blanket ~ Dress warm and comfortable, bring a mug and water bottle! Limited spaces! $33 exchange + bf Disclaimer: ~ mostly sitting down and will be laying down up to 30-45 minutes ~ do not consume caffeine or alcohol prior to attending as it will affect your Reiki experience ~ Reiki is a non-invasive energy alignment modality that uses hands-on or off approach to soothe emotional tension and bring the body into deep relaxation. Hand placements will typically be on feet, heart space, shoulders and head.
