RESONANCE

An evening of crystal singing bowls and channelled light language RESONANCEAn evening of sound, light & energy Join Amy at Oversoul Studio for an hour of crystal singing bowls and channelled light language, woven together with the intention of clearing stagnant energy, supporting release and deepening your connection with yourself. Sound is at the heart of this experience. As you lie back and settle, the layered tones of the crystal bowls will fill the space, accompanied by channelled vocal sounds. Amy will work intuitively throughout the evening, allowing the sound and energy work to unfold together. What is light language? In Amy’s practice, light language is a way of channelling energy through the voice, expressed through intuitive sounds, tones and frequencies rather than spoken words. She works with these as an energetic offering, with the intention of supporting clearing and connection. You don’t need to understand or interpret what you hear. You’re welcome to simply listen, receive and notice your own response. A space to receive So much of daily life asks you to give your attention and energy to something outside yourself. Resonance offers you time to turn that attention inward, feel what’s present and rest. You may notice sensations, emotions, a sense of spaciousness or simply enjoy an hour of quiet rest within the sound. Every experience is individual, and there is nothing you need to achieve or make happen. Whether sound baths and energy work are familiar to you or you’re joining out of curiosity, you are welcome here. Amonthly offering beginning: Wednesday 11 November 2026 6:30–7:30 pm Oversoul Studio Come as you are, wear something comfortable and give yourself this hour to receive.
