Together we will journey through the different layers of our being, learn to listen to the rhythm of our own soul and dive into the wisdom residing in the quiet spaces that exist around us. You can journey as deeply as you feel comfortable or simply come for a rest. Each session will be a different guided meditation. These sessions are for adults. Bookings are essential for each session, and can be made at the end of the previous session.
