Rest + Bloom | Yin Yoga, Aroma & Sound Healing

An invitation to soften, rest & receive. Journey through Yin, Aroma & Sound Healing with a take-home mini ritual oil. All levels welcome. I invite you to step into a sanctuary dedicated entirely to the art of being held. As spring softly opens toward the warmth of early summer, we gather to slow down, quiet the noise, and turn tenderly back to ourselves before the full momentum of the season takes over. This immersion is an invitation to pause and give yourself permission to simply be. To rest so deeply that your heart has space to expand, your nervous system can unwind, and your cup can overflow, allowing you to bloom effortlessly into the season ahead, fully rooted and completely restored. All are welcome and no prior experience is needed. The Flow of the Afternoon • The Grounding Arrival: We begin by guiding you into deep stillness through a soothing mini-meditation, supported by pure, therapeutic-grade aroma essences. This gentle opening invites you to drop out of the busy mind and land fully into the warmth of the present moment, setting an intention of compassion and self-care. • The Softening & Touch: We then transition into a deep, restorative Yin Yoga practice, holding long, floor-based postures supported by props. As you rest in these holds, receive gentle temple massage and intuitive pressure-point touch designed to melt away facial and upper-body tension. • The Integration: As you settle into your final rest, the ethereal vibrations of Sound Healing will wash over you, soothing the nervous system and preparing your mind and body for deep surrender. • The Deep Rest: We conclude with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)—a guided journey into the tranquil space between wakefulness and dream, where true cellular restoration and healing happen. A Gift for Your Ritual To carry this sense of nourishment home, every guest will receive a custom mini ritual oil infused with the event’s soothing scent essence, a takeaway gift to help you continue this grounding ritual and bottle the afternoon's stillness whenever you need it at home. Preparing for Your Journey To ensure you are at your most relaxed please bring: • A yoga mat • A water bottle • Any personal items that make you fell cozy (such as your favorite warm socks or an eve mask). We will take care of the rest. All bolsters, blocks, and blankets are thoughtfully provided in the studio to support your deep rest. Please stay hydrated and perhaps enjoying a light lunch rather than a heavy meal betore we begin our journey together. Come as you are. Leave feeling held, seen, and deeply restored. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate, nourishing environment. I look forward to sharing this sacred space with you. Sarah Jane x
