A beautiful evening to slow down, breathe, move, soften and simply be. Soulsis Collective is so excited to bring you an intimate women’s-only experience created for deep relaxation and connection - in collaboration with yoga teacher and facilitator Kate Whitmore. Together, we’ll journey through: 🌬️ Gentle Pranayama - calming breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. 🌿 Somatic Movement - slow, intuitive movements to reconnect with your body, release tension and soften into yourself. 🔔 Sound Bath - finish the evening lying back, getting cosy and allowing soothing sound vibrations to wash over you. Two hours dedicated entirely to you, your body and your mind. No experience is necessary. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or “good at yoga”. Just come as you are. ✨ Friday 16 October 🕡 6:30pm – 8:30pm 📍 Vitality House Mindfulness Studio 👭 Women only All mats, props and blankets are provided. Wear comfortable clothes.
