Sound Healing - Rest & Reset

Take a moment to reconnect with yourself. Attune to your mind, your body, and your spirit team. Every Week. 1 hr, for you Give yourself permission to pause. This 1-hour sound healing session will help you release the stress of the week, calm your nervous system, and return to a grounded, balanced state so you can embody your truest self. Relax to the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums and voice. Isla also includes a quick energy reset for you during the session, activating your energy centres and ensuring they are all working together. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before we begin. PLease wait by the main gate and Isla will collect you. What to bring: • Yoga mat • Blankets and pillows • Water • Optional: eye mask and journal No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, rest, and allow the sound to support your reset.
