SUNRISE Yoga, Breath & Sound

Rise and shine with some yoga, deep breaths, and soothing sounds to reset your mind and body. RISE & SHINE with Sophie and Deirbhle, for a refreshing morning of yoga flow, gentle breath and sound healing. Both working as mental health nurses, we understand the importance of movement and nervous system regulation for our physical and mental wellbeing. Sophie will guide you through an energising yoga flow. You will be guided to move with intention through a nourishing vinyasa flow designed to release tension in the body and calm the mind. Deirbhle will then guide you through gentle restorative breathing exercises, a guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Together, the yoga and breath & sound practices create space to slow down, reset the nervous system and reconnect with yourself - leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, calm and restored for the day ahead. Location: South Beach, South Fremantle, WA 6162 (exact location TBC) Time: 6am-7am Wear comfy clothes. Optional sea dip after No previous experience needed.
