The Long Hard Night - A Movember 12HR fundraiser | PERTH

Tackle a 12 hour, through the night, relay style workout, in mixed teams of 3. Some nights are harder than others, this is one of them and you don't have to face it alone. This will be a 12-hour overnight erg relay in teams rotating through 4 machines. 12 hours of work, 3 team members and 1 person always working. In your team you will tackle the bike, rower, ski erg and treadmill, trying to accumulate the most amount of KM's over the 12 hours in whatever strategy you choose. Go head to head with other teams for the highest fundraising team by 8am the following morning and also to take out the prize for most KM's travelled over the 12 hours. Team entry includes: • Full team outfit from LSKD - shopped in your local store between 9-19 November to wear at the event • Hydration & fuelling by brand partners • Recovery zone • Red Bull DJ truck bringing the energy throughout the night • Space to set up your team recovery zone - bring swags, camper chairs It won't be easy, it's not meant to be, but together we can get through anything. Make a growmitment for Movember this year, grab your mates and tackle something unforgetable!
