The Wild & Free Circle

Imagine a golden hour wellness circle, located on the grassy park above the ocean.. listening to the wind in the trees and the sound of the ocean waves crashing below you.. You’re invited to join us for this start of summer circle. Together we’ll experience 🌊grounding our bodies and meditating 🌊 stretching somatically to release pent up emotions, stress and tension 🌊connecting to our breath with some gentle breath patterns combined with visualisation 🌊 alongside journaling to integrate it all This circle is for the soul who wants to reconnect with what ‘wild & free’ means for them. ✨ Drop the ‘having to have it all together’, say goodbye to the fear of judgement and sit in this circle where we are all just figuring it out. Whether you’ve been too busy to listen to your inner word for months, have gone through a break up, are struggling with a life choice, or just craving a supportive space to feel connected on your journey, this space is open for you. 💐🫶🏼 Join Bec and Sarah for 1.5 hours of delicious, slowed down soul connection. Afterwards we will chill and chat while watching the sunrise together to mark this very special transition into Perth Summer!
