Participants will choose one featured product to make during the session, such as natural deodorant, lip balm, coffee scrub, eco-friendly cleaner, or another sustainable alternative. In addition to the hands-on activity, four other DIY products will be showcased and discussed. Participants will learn about the ingredients used, their benefits, and how these products can be easily recreated at home. Designed to support a low-tox, low-waste lifestyle, this workshop highlights practical and affordable alternatives to conventional store-bought products. Participants will gain valuable knowledge about reducing household waste, selecting safer ingredients, and making more sustainable choices in everyday life. Many of the products featured also make thoughtful, low-waste gifts for festive seasons, birthdays, celebrations, teacher appreciation gifts, and other special occasions. Handmade products offer a personal and environmentally friendly alternative to mass-produced gifts, helping to reduce packaging waste while encouraging more conscious consumption. The workshop includes access to the presentation and recipe guide, along with information on sourcing ingredients locally, recommended preparation methods, and tips for creating products sustainably at home.
