Set on the grass right in front of the ocean at South Beach, this 2-hour experience blends the wisdom of TCM and Ayurveda applied to Yoga, with functional anatomy and contrast therapy. Event Details • Date: Saturday, September 26th • Yoga: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (On the grass) • Sauna & Ocean Dip: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Just steps from the water) • Location: The Neighbourhood Sauna - South Beach WA 6158 What to Expect • Conscious Yoga & Functional Alignment (8:00 - 9:00 AM): We begin on the grass with an intentional yoga practice focused on body alignment, functional anatomy, and creating space for your internal organs to boost overall vitality and cellular health. • Sauna, Breathwork & Ocean Contrast (9:00 - 10:00 AM): We transition into the warmth of the sauna to deepen relaxation, enhance detox, and release tension. Guided breathwork and continuous hydration will keep you grounded, with the crisp ocean right outside for refreshing cold-water contrast. Optional Ayurvedic Ritual To elevate your sauna session, you are invited to bring Black Sesame Seed Oil to apply to your skin prior to entering the sauna. Grounded in Ayurvedic tradition, this warm, nourishing oil deeply hydrates, aids detoxification, and calms the nervous system under the heat. What to Bring • Yoga mat or large towel for the grass • Swimwear & a dry towel for the sauna and ocean dip • Optional: Black Sesame Seed Oil for your pre-sauna skin ritual Come move, breathe, sweat, and reconnect with nature.
