YOD Awareness Day (YODay) 2026

Starting in the UK in 2023, Young Onset Dementia Awareness Day, or YODay, is now an international movement. It's all about recognising, supporting and raising awareness of those who live with young onset dementia. Across Australia, YODay is symbolised by the resilient Wollemi Pine, chosen to provide inspiration and hope to everyone who is navigating young onset dementia. Please join us at this FREE event to: • discover more about YODay and how it is now being celebrated across Australia, • find out about the latest Australian research projects on young onset dementia, • hear from someone with personal experience of living with young onset dementia. • enjoy some entertainment, • mix and mingle with others while you are enjoying the complimentary lunch.
