Together, we will gently explore the landscapes within us through colour, paint, collage, drawing, words, poetry, visualisation and intuitive mark-making. Each week offers an invitation to pause and listen inwardly — to explore what you are feeling, imagining, remembering and dreaming. Your art journal becomes a private space for self-expression, reflection and discovery. There is no pressure to create something “beautiful” or “good”.
