Have you ever wondered if you're really understanding what happens in your body when you practise yoga? Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, there's always more to discover. Yoga Foundations is a journey designed to help you build a deeper connection with your body, understand foundational poses, explore alignment and develop a more conscious relationship with movement and breath. Through a blend of Hatha and Somatic Yoga, each session explores a different dimension of your practice: 🌱 SESSION 1 | GROUNDING Saturday 21 November | 8:30 – 9:30 AM ⚖️ SESSION 2 | BALANCE Sunday 29 November | 8:30 – 9:30 AM ☀️ SESSION 3 | ENERGISING Saturday 5 December | 8:30 – 9:30 AM 🌙 SESSION 4 | SOOTHING Sunday 13 December | 8:30 – 9:30 AM Four different experiences, one intention: to move with more awareness, confidence and understanding. ✨ A SPECIAL BONUS: SUNSET SOUND BATH A special opportunity to slow down, unwind and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound. The Sunset Sound Bath is included when you book: • The full 4-session programme. • Any combination of 2 or 3 individual classes. PRACTICAL INFORMATION What to bring Please bring your own yoga mat. Location Outdoor park setting, close to Perth CBD and accessible by public transport. Exact location TBC and will be shared with participants before the sessions.
