YOQI® Qigong Flow Workshop. Foundations of Qi Flow

Experience the awakening of your life force energy. You will learn how to awaken and refine your sensitivity to your Qi. Through guided practices, you'll begin to feel your Qi directly and learn to move it with intention. We will explore the eight essential energetic directions of rising-sinking, expanding- contracting, flowing out-flowing in, gathering- dispersing and practice directing Qi through each. This session builds a strong foundation for a deeper Qigong practice by helping you both sense and guide your internal energy with greater clarity and ease. This workshop is suited for beginners, those who already practice Qigong but wish to go deeper into the foundations and also those working as therapists. If you are an energy healer, massage therapist, counsellor or working in helping people, Qigong is a super way to unlock your own Qi potential for your practice but also to release unwanted energies.
