Comedy for a Cause – Buddina State School P&C

A night of live comedy, big laughs and fundraising for the Prep Nature Playground Refurbishment We’re trying something new. And this one is strictly for the grown-ups. For the first time, Buddina State School P&C is bringing Comedy for a Cause to Buddina for a full night of live comedy, laughs and fundraising. We are proud to welcome Ray White Kawana Waters & Ray White Mooloolaba as our Naming Sponsors for Comedy for a Cause. Their generous support helps us make events like this possible while raising more funds for our school. ONE TEAM. TWO LOCATIONS. And no... it’s not at school. We’ve actually booked a venue. Join us at Kawana Surf Club on Friday 13 November 2026, with doors opening from 6:30pm and the comedy kicking off at 7:30pm. As for who's taking the stage? We're not telling you just yet. We'll be revealing our comedians soon, but first we're going to have a little fun building the hype. Tickets are $45 per person, with general admission seating. There are no allocated seats, so it's first in, best dressed. This is an 18+ event and performances may contain some low-level coarse language. More importantly, every laugh is helping us work towards something special for our school community. Funds raised will support Stage 1 of the Buddina State School Prep Nature Playground Refurbishment, helping the P&C create an improved outdoor play and learning space for our youngest students and future Buddina families. So organise the babysitter, round up your funniest friends and make a night of it. Whether you're a Buddina local, a school parent or simply looking for live comedy and things to do on the Sunshine Coast, everyone 18+ is welcome.
