You’ll be welcomed with a glass of our award-winning Brut+ Sparkling Cider which you can savour while we explain hands-on the Champagne-making process. Go behind the scenes with us - from the fermentation room to the production floor - and see where the real magic happens. Your visit also includes a guided tasting of five distinct ciders, showcasing different styles, stories, and flavours, all crafted with 100% Queensland apples & pears. Still thirsty? After the tour, you’re welcome to linger and explore our Cider Hub - home to 50+ Australian craft ciders, including limited releases you won’t find in a bottle shop. Please note: This is an 18+ experience. We recommend arranging a designated driver or taxi transport, as there’s plenty to sip and savour.
