Get Ready for a Calmer, Brighter Christmas!

Find Your Spark and Ease the Stress. Ready for Christmas? A little more spark, a little less stress Christmas can be lovely, messy, busy and emotional—sometimes all before lunch. If you’re caring for someone, the season can bring extra demands on top of everything you already do. Find Your Spark is a free six-week connection and coaching for carers. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, what helps you recharge, how to manage difficult feelings (and people!) and where to find support. You’ll have space to reflect, connect with others and make a realistic plan for the Christmas season. Expect warm conversation, practical tools and a few moments of fun. You can share as much or as little as you like. There’s no requirement to have Christmas all figured out—or to feel festive every week.
