Yin Yoga A slow and deeply nourishing Yin practice, allowing the body to soften and release while creating space for stillness, connection and rest. Meditation Time to become quiet, listen inward and reconnect with yourself. Organic Whole Food Lunch And to complete our morning together, we’ll share a beautiful organic whole food lunch prepared with love and intention.
