How Digital Applications Can Support Your Community Organisation Workshop

A practical hands-on workshop to explore what could be helpful. The workshop will cover the following themes: • Less Administration, More Impact: How Membership Management Software can transform how you run your community organisation with Judy Waugh from Sunshine Coast Arts Group; • Minutes in Minutes: Tools to make record-keeping easy with Liliana Molina from Beerburrum Community Hall; • More Than Likes: Social Media for Community Groups - Discover how social media can help your organisation share its story, connect with your community and turn online attention into real-world impact with Diane Tan from Coolum Community Native Nursery; and • Privacy and security tips: Applying the lessons of the workshop to your organisation with Kiki Fong-Lim, COCB's wonderful "everything digital" advisor. Each mini-presentation will involve practical application so bring your smart device and a curiosity to experiment with new ideas (and share your wisdom too). As this workshop is very interactive, numbers will be limited so get in quick. The workshop will be held at the Seed Pod, Mooloolah River Landcare; 2671 Steve Irwin Way Glenview. PS. If you register and decide prior to the event that you aren't able to participate please cancel your registration through Humanitix to enable another person to attend. You can do this my clicking manage order button on your ticket. All COCB workshops are free. Sponsored by Sunshine Coast Council.
