Join us for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to celebrating progress, community, and the enduring connections between history, people, and place. Following our previous fundraising efforts, this event brings together past attendees and anyone, including children, interested in Papua New Guinea (PNG) to see the real-world difference the contribution from our Blackall Range community has made. Discover how funds raised have directly impacted a small section of the Ghost Mountain Trail—saving lives, providing critical support, and fostering progress in local villages. Legendary ex-Patrol Officers (Kiaps) Col Young and John Brady return to share even more vivid stories from their time exploring and governing in the sixties and seventies. Hear about John’s book about to be released...... Weather permitting, we will also host a special live satellite link to the Dorobisoro Health Facility in PNG to hear directly from community members on the ground.
