Topic - ADHD in girls & women: unseen for too long A local women’s group to meet up, connect, care for yourself and learn together. Here, you’ll find your village. Living with ADHD, whether you have it or someone you love does, is challenging. This is especially true for girls and women, who have gone under the radar for far too long. We all deserve more understanding and self-understanding, as well as more support and practical strategies that make a real difference. That’s exactly what the ADHD Women Circle aims to offer. Every month, for an hour and a half, in a caring and supportive environment, you’ll connect with women who face the same challenges as you, and you’ll learn new ways to live your life more fully. How the circle works: • Welcome and chat: we’ll start casually, with tea and nibbles provided. • EFT tapping: once we’ve gathered in a circle, we’ll guide you through a gentle EFT tapping practice (a simple technique of tapping on acupressure points to calm the nervous system) to help you relax and settle in. You’re welcome to join in or simply observe. • Topic of the day: we’ll introduce the theme and share insights and practical strategies. • Open sharing: for those who feel comfortable joining in. We understand that speaking in a group can feel intimidating, so listening is just as welcome. • Practical tool: we'll offer a short exercise related to the topic, to help you start using a new strategy at home. ⇢ You’ll leave with strategies and tools to use, but also a better understanding of yourself. That understanding often brings self-compassion, and a solid foundation for giving yourself permission in areas where you wouldn’t normally even consider it. We are Amelie and Severine, two passionate, certified ADHD coaches. We work with women just like you. Neurodivergence is part of our own lives, and we face the same difficulties. We truly see you.
