Audarya: Compassion | Soulful Sundays

Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation. In this Sunday's dharma talk, we exlore audarya - compassion, one of the soul's quietest and most natural gifts. Like the child who shares without a second thought, or a mother bird feeding her young, we'll gently learn to notice the compassion already within and around us, and its soft, reciprocal gift back to us: deep prosperity. What to expect: • A dharma talk on the three forms of compassion (Audarya) • Quiet, guided journaling to reflect and integrate • A grounding meditation or energy healing to close Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind. About Soulful Sundays A weekly sanctuary and community class to help you reflect, reconnect, and inspire for the week ahead. Each Sunday, we’ll learn ancient yoga philosophy, reflect through journaling and integrate our lessons with a grounding meditation or pranic healing. Answering life’s bigger questions whilst implementing wisdom in the everyday.
