MEDITATE WITH MARY

WHY I AM TEACHING MEDITATION CLASS I've told so many of my clients: "You need to meditate — it helps clear your mind, improve focus, and ease anxiety." The most common responses? "But how?" or "I can't meditate." That's why l've decided to start meditation classes — to show you that yes, you can meditate, and it doesn't have to be complicated. I truly believe that with the right tools, anyone can shift from stress to calm, from chaos to clarity. Meditation isn't about perfection — it's about pausing, breathing, and reconnecting with yourself. Through spiritual guidance, this meditation also offers healing, space for manifestation and so much more. Join me as we learn how to stop, breathe, and come back to centre - together. Online is also available via ZOOM. The link will be emailed to you once payment has been received.
