Boxing Day is the busiest day of the year on Sydney Harbour, and the best place to spend it is out on the water. Step aboard MV Bay Runner for three hours of harbour views, a buffet lunch and a drinks package. Grab a spot on the open-air rooftop when the Sydney to Hobart fleet starts at 1pm. WHAT’S INCLUDED 🥂 Welcome Drink: A glass of Australian sparkling on arrival. 🍲 Buffet Lunch: Seasonal dishes and desserts. 🍾 Drinks Package: Beer, red and white wine, sparkling and soft drinks for the full cruise. 🍸 Cocktail Bar: Spirits and cocktails available to purchase. ⚓ Open-Air Rooftop: 360° views of the harbour, plus two viewing decks below. ⛵ Sydney to Hobart Race Start: The race is scheduled to start at 1pm while we’re on the harbour. Bay Runner will be part of the general spectator fleet as the yachts head for the Heads. 🎵 Music: Throughout the cruise. SCHEDULE Saturday 26 December 2026 • 10:45 – 11:15 AM: Meet at Wharf (wharf number confirmed by email the week before) • 11:15 AM: Boarding • 11:30 AM: Departure • 1:00 PM: Scheduled start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race • 2:15 PM: Return to the wharf Boxing Day is very busy around the harbour, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. The boat departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. REFUNDS & CHANGES • Change of mind: Cancel on or before 26 November 2026 (30 days before the cruise) for a full refund of the ticket price. • Within 30 days: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Late arrivals and no-shows: Not eligible for a refund. • Cancellation by us: If we cancel the cruise, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another sailing. • Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race: The race is not a condition of this cruise. The cruise goes ahead as scheduled if the race is delayed, altered or cancelled. THINGS TO KNOW • Dress code: Smart casual. Flat shoes recommended. • Seating: Cocktail-style, with seated and standing areas. This is not a fully seated dining experience. • Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Alcohol: Served to guests 18+ only.
